• Terry Reese Tiggens made an initial appearance on two counts of a violation of probation charge, two counts of failure to appear for arraignment charges and an escape from custody-felon charge. • Dah Htoo made an initial appearance on a possession of a controlled substance-first offense charge and a possession of drug paraphernalia charge. Jeff Hazen is appointed as counsel. Arrests

• On Thursday, Nov. 21, Dah Htoo, 36, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance-first offense, possession of drug paraphernalia and theft-fifth degree-shoplifting.

• On Thursday, Nov. 21, Valarie Long, 44, was arrested for domestic abuse assault-strangulation with bodily injury and harassment-first degree-threaten forcible felony.

• On Thursday, Nov. 21, Jerry Cripps, 46, was arrested on a warrant charging him with operating while under the influence-first offense, possession of a controlled substance-first offense and theft-second degree-shoplifting.
