• Terry Reese Tiggens made an initial appearance on two counts of a violation of probation charge, two counts of failure to appear for arraignment charges and an escape from custody-felon charge. Dusty Clements is appointed as counsel for the violations of probation and the escape charges. The probation revocation hearing is set for 11 a.m. on Jan. 3, 2025. Tiggens is being held without bond. The arraignment hearing is rescheduled for 9 a.m. on Dec. 6. Bond is a total of $7,000 cash in defendant’s name only. The preliminary hearing on the escape charge is set for 9:30 a.m. on Dec. 3. • Benjamin Earl Feilmeier made an initial appearance on an arson-third degree charge and a trespass-injury or damage greater than $300 charge. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Dec. 12. Bond is set at $2,000 cash.
• Dah Htoo made an initial appearance on a possession of a controlled substance-first offense charge and a possession of drug paraphernalia charge. Jeff Hazen is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Dec. 12. Bond is set at $1,000 cash or surety. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court.
• Colton James Hench made an initial appearance on a theft-fifth degree charge. Hench pleaded guilty and the fine is $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $180.75.

• Matthew Bartholomew Robb made an initial appearance on a rabies vaccination violation charge. A pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on Jan. 8, 2025, in Magistrate Court.
• Ashley Kay Jackson made an initial appearance on a driving while barred charge, a driving under suspension charge, a no insurance-accident charge and a unsafe passing charge. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Dec. 12. Bond is set at $2,500 cash in defendant’s name only.

Arrests
• On Thursday, Nov. 21, Dah Htoo, 36, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance-first offense, possession of drug paraphernalia and theft-fifth degree-shoplifting.
• On Thursday, Nov. 21, Valarie Long, 44, was arrested for domestic abuse assault-strangulation with bodily injury and harassment-first degree-threaten forcible felony.
• On Thursday, Nov. 21, Jerry Cripps, 46, was arrested on a warrant charging him with operating while under the influence-first offense, possession of a controlled substance-first offense and theft-second degree-shoplifting.
