• Tyler Scott Kinkade made an initial appearance on four counts of a violation of probation charge. Mark Olberding is appointed as counsel. The probation revocation hearing is set for 11 a.m. on Feb. 26. Bond is set at $5,000 cash only in defendant’s name.
• Rogelio Sanchez Sanchez made an initial appearance on a driving while barred charge, a dark windows/windshield violation charge and a providing false identification information charge. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Jan. 17. Bond is set at $2,350 cash.
• Roddy Antonio Chica Loor made an initial appearance on a criminal mischief-third degree charge. Patrick Peters is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Jan. 17.
• Austin Allen McDanniel made an initial appearance on a parole violation charge. Mark Torche is appointed as counsel. The parole revocation hearing will be set by the Administrative Law Judge. McDanniel is being held without bond.
• Chanel Nicole Miller made an initial appearance on a failure to appear for a driving under suspension charge and a faillure to appear for a speeding charge. Miller pleaded guilty to both charges. The fine on the driving under suspension is $250 with a $37.50 surcharge and $201 in court costs for a total of $488.50. The fine on the speeding charge is $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and $90 in court costs for a total of $210.75.
• Jason Michael Howell made an initial appearance on two counts of a theft-third degree charge. Arch Wilson is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Jan. 28.
• Arianne R. Exposito failed to make an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge and an operating a non-registered vehicle charge and the court found her guilty on both charges. The fine on the driving under suspension is $250 with a $37.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $347.50. The fine on the non-registered vehicle is $70 with a $10.50 surcharge and $55 in court costs for a total of $135.50.
• Antonio Raul Mendoza Shadow made an initial appearance on a possession of marijuana-first offense charge. Leah Patton is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Jan. 28. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court.

• Joshua David Hoglan made an initial appearance on a failure to appear for a sentencing hearing charge. Mark Torche continues as counsel. The sentencing hearing will be rescheduled by the District Associate Court. Bond is set at $2,000 cash.
• Danny Hap Darrow made an initial appearance on a domestic abuse assault-impeding the flow of air or blood charge, a possession of marijuana-first offense charge and an interference with official acts charge. Jessica Maffitt is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Jan. 17. Bond is set at $3,350 cash. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court. A no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.
