• Michael Allen Witte made an initial appearance on two counts of a pre-trial release violation charge. Pre-trial release is revoked on both counts. The bond for each is $2,000 cash in defendant’s name only.

• Anthony Roderick Allbee made an initial appearance on a possession of marijuana-third or subsequent offense charge, a providing false identification information charge and two counts of violation of a no-contact order/contempt of court charge. Jennifer Weaver is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Feb. 28. Bond is set at $5,000 cash. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court. The contempt hearing is set for 2:30 p.m. on March 5. Bond is set at $1,000 cash. A new no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.

• Arianna Marie Rodriguez made an initial appearance on a public intoxication charge and an interference with official acts charge. A pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on March 12 in Magistrate Court.

• Edwin Paredes made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge. Paredes pleaded guilty and the fine is $250 with a $37.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $347.50.

• Adriana Dolores Romero made an initial appearance on a theft-fifth degree charge. A pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on March 12 in Magistrate Court.

• Juan Cruz Alvarado Jr. failed to appear for a speeding initial and for a driving under suspension initial and the court found him guilty. The fine on the speeding charge is $30 with a $4.50 surcharge and $55 in court costs for a total of $89.50. The fine on the driving under suspension is $250 with a $37.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $347.50.
