• Jacob Lee Rowley made an initial appearance on a warrant for failure to appear for an initial court proceeding on a child endangerment charge. The preliminary hearing is set at 9:30 a.m. on March 12. Rowley was also seen on a false reporting to public entity charge and a violation of probation charge. The pre-trial conference on the false reporting is set for 9:30 a.m. on April 16 in Magistrate Court. Bond is set at $300 cash or surety. The probation revocation hearing is set for 9 a.m. on March 21. Bond is set at $3,000 cash. A pre-trial conference in a driving while revoked case ahead of a jury trial is set at 9 a.m. on March 14 with the jury trial set at 9 a.m. on March 27. Bond is set at $3,000 cash in defendant’s name only.

• Robert Dewayne Clark made an initial appearance on a violation of probation charge. Jennie Wilson-Moore is appointed as counsel. The probation revocation hearing will be scheduled by the District Court. Clark is being held without bond.

• Steven Paul Seelye Jr. made an initial appearance on a burglary-third degree charge. Dusty Clements is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on March 3.
