• Bradley Jacob Osgood made an initial appearance on a driving on the wrong side of a two-way highway charge and a driving under suspension charge. Osgood pleaded guilty to both charges. The fine on the driving on the wrong side charge is $135 with a $20.25 surcharge and $55 in court costs for a total of $210.25. The fine on the driving under suspension is $250 with a $37.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $347.50.

• Celina Marie Victor made an initial appearance on a providing false identification information charge. Victor pleaded guilty and the fine is $250 with a $37.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $347.50.

• Bu Reh made an initial appearance on a driving while barred charge. The pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on Feb. 14 in Magistrate Court.

• Feliciano Galindo Perez made an initial appearance on a driving while revoked charge. Jeff Hazen is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Feb. 24.
