• Bradley Jacob Osgood made an initial appearance on two counts of a criminal mischief-first degree charge. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on April 16. Bond is set at $10,000 cash or surety.

• Marshall Freeman Hooper made an initial appearance on a trespass-first offense charge. Jennifer Weaver is appointed as counsel. The pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on April 30 in Magistrate Court.

• Jeremy Rhea Waltemeyer made an initial appearance on a violation of a no-contact order/contempt of court charge. The contempt hearing will be scheduled by the District Associate Court. A new no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.

• Trisha Lynn Wilson made an initial appearance on an unlawful passing of a school bus-first offense charge. A pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on April 30 in Magistrate Court.
