• Cody J. Johnson made an initial appearance on an operating while under the influence-first offense charge. Jennifer Weaver is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on March 27. Bond is set at $1,000 cash or surety. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court.
• Jone Keokualani Bondrik made an initial appearance on an operating while under the influence-second offense charge, an open container charge, a no valid driver’s license charge and a driving on the wrong side of a two-way highway charge. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on March 17. Bond is set at $7,500 cash in defendant’s name only. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court.
• Carlos Valentin Don Jr. made an initial appearance on a violation of probation charge. Dusty Clements is appointed as counsel. The probation revocation hearing is set for 11 a.m. on March 17. Bond is set at $10,000 cash in defendant’s name only.
• Jeremy Edward Dengler made an initial appearance on a speeding charge, a dark windows charge, a failure to carry registration card charge, a no insurance charge and a driving under suspension charge. A pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on April 30 in Magistrate Court.
• Junior Joseph made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge and a speeding charge. Joseph pleaded guilty to both charges. The fine on the driving under suspension is $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $180.75. The fine on the speeding charge is $30 with a $4.50 surcharge and $55 in court costs for a total of $89.50.
• Melissa Diane Espinoza made an initial appearance on an unlawful passing of a school bus-first offense charge. A pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on April 23 in Magistrate Court.
• Tiffany Gonzalez made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge. A pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on April 23 in Magistrate Court.
