The fine on the driving under suspension is $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $180.75. The fine on the speeding charge is $30 with a $4.50 surcharge and $55 in court costs for a total of $89.50.

• Melissa Diane Espinoza made an initial appearance on an unlawful passing of a school bus-first offense charge. A pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on April 23 in Magistrate Court.
