April 9
• Landon Michael Franke made an initial appearance on a absence from custody charge. Tyler Haberman is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on April 18. Franke is being held without bond.
• William Floyd Chapman made an initial appearance on a violation of a no-contact order charge. The contempt hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on April 28. Bond is set at $1,000 cash. A new no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.
• Ashley Ruth Johnson made an initial appearance on a failure to appear for a pre-trial conference in advance of a jury trial charge. The pre-trial conference is rescheduled for 1 p.m. on May 9 with the jury trial rescheduled for 9 a.m. on May 22. Bond is set at $7,500 cash in defendant’s name only.
• Sean Eric Keahna Jr. made an initial appearance on a driving while revoked charge and a failure to obey a stop sign and yield the right of way charge. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on April 29.
• Bethany Christine Fernandez made an initial appearance on an unlawful passing of a school bus-first offense charge. A pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on April 30 in Magistrate Court.
• Timothy Lee Warnell II made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge. A pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on April 30 in Magistrate Court.
• Milie Moreno Garcia made an initial appearance on a dog at large charge. Moreno Garcia pleaded guilty and the fine is $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $180.75.
• Cory Dean Howell made an initial appearance on a rabies vaccination violation charge. Howell pleaded guilty and the fine is $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $180.75.

• On Tuesday, April 8, Damyniq Shoumaker, 22, was arrested for driving while license is denied, canceled, revoked or suspended and possession of marijuana-second offense.
• On Tuesday, April 8, William Chapman, 59, was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia, domestic abuse assault-first offense-causing bodily injury and violation of a no-contact order/contempt of court.
• On Tuesday, April 8, Taylor Lynch, 32, was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia.
• On Tuesday, April 8, Thomas Vandyke II, 56, was arrested on a warrant.

• On Tuesday, April 8, Tidial Kuany, 22, was arrested on a warrant charging him with escape from custody-felon and violation of parole.
• On Tuesday, April 8, Landon Franke, 28, was arrested on a warrant charging him with absence from custody.
