• Melanie Rae Bullard made an initial appearance on a failure to appear for a pre-trial conference on an interference with official acts charge and a trespass-first offense charge. The pre-trial conference is rescheduled for 9:30 a.m. on April 30 in Magistrate Court. Bond is set at $300 cash or surety.
• Gregory Earl Gruchow made an initial appearance on a violation of probation charge. Dusty Clements is appointed as counsel. The probation revocation hearing will be scheduled by the District Associate Court. Bond is set at $2,000 cash.

• Adriano Jevon Montoya made an initial appearance on a rabies vaccination violation charge. Montoya pleaded guilty and the fine is $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $180.75.
• Reid Joseph Jensen made an initial appearance on a no insurance charge and a driving under suspension charge. Jensen pleaded guilty to both charges. The fine on the no insurance is 325 with a $48.75 surcharge and $55 in court costs for a total of $428.75. The fine on the driving under suspension is $250 with a $37.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $347.50.
• Sarah Rochelle Lippincott made an initial appearance on a possession of marijuana-second offense charge. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on May 14. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court.
