• Christopher Lyle Varnum made an initial appearance on a controlled substance violation charge and a possession or control of a firearm by a felon charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on May 23. Bond is set at $50,000 cash. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court.

• Ambria Elizabeth Price made an initial appearance on a pre-trial release violation charge. Pre-trial release is revoked. Bond is set at $1,000 cash only.

• Izek Johnathon Wayne Menne made an initial appearance on two counts of a violation of probation charge. The probation revocation hearing is scheduled for 9:30 a.m on June 27. Menne is being held without bond.

• Brent Angel Aguilar made an initial appearance on a failure to appear for a final pre-trial conference charge. The pre-trial conference is rescheduled for 1 p.m. on May 30 with the jury trial rescheduled for 9 a.m. on June 12.

Aguilar was also seen on a failure to appear for arraignment charge. The arraignment is rescheduled for 9 a.m. on May 28.

He was seen on a possession of cocaine-second offense charge, a possession of marijuana charge, two counts of a domestic abuse assault-first offense charge and an obstruction of emergency communications charge. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on May 23. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court. A no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.

Lastly, Aguilar was seen for failure to appear at a rule to show cause hearing charge. The hearing is rescheduled for 10:30 a.m. on June 18.

Julia Cutler has been appointed in all cases. The bond is set at $10,000 cash only.

• Damyniq Clowe Hagen Shoumaker made an initial appearance on a violation of probation charge. Patrick Peters is appointed as counsel. The probation revocation hearing is set for 10 a.m. on June 27. Shoumaker is being held without bond.

• Jose Eduardo Rodriguez Lopez made an initial appearance on a criminal mischief-second degree charge. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on June 2. A no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.
