• Jebediah Lee Boyd made an initial appearance on an eluding charge, a speeding charge, a failure to obey a traffic control device charge, a no insurance charge, a fraudulent use of registration charge, an operating a motor vehicle with an expired license charge, a failure to obey a stop sign and yield the right of way charge and two counts of a violation of probation charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel for all charges. The preliminary hearing on the new charges is set for 9:30 a.m. on May 23. Bond is set at $5,000 cash. The probation revocation hearing is set for 10 a.m. on July 9. Boyd is being held without bond.

• Daniel Dion Scates made an initial appearance on a violation of probation charge. The probation revocation hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on July 9. Scates is being held without bond.

• Dustin Lee Carmer made an initial appearance on a theft-second degree charge and a driving under suspension charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on May 23. Bond is set at $5,000 cash or surety.

• Alisha Kope made an initial appearance on a speeding charge and a driving under suspension charge. Kope pleaded guilty to the speeding charge and the fine is $150 with a $22.50 surcharge and $55 in court costs for a total of $227.50. A pre-trial conference is set at 9:30 a.m. on June 4 in Magistrate Court for the driving under suspension charge.

• Tate Arthur Green failed to appear on a dog at large charge and the court found him guilty. The fine is $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $180.75.
