• Jacob Lee Catherwood made an initial appearance on three counts of a probation violation charge and a failure to appear for a pre-trial conference ahead of a jury trial charge. The probation revocation hearing is set for 10:30 a.m. on June 16. The pre-trial conference is rescheduled for 1 p.m. on June 2 with the jury trial reset for 9 a.m. on June 17. Catherwood is being held without bond.
• Damyniq Clowe Hagen Shoumaker made an initial appearance on a possession of a controlled substance-second offense charge. Patrick Peters is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on May 30. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court.
• Frank Herbert Stowe Calderon Jr. made an initial appearance on a public intoxication charge. A pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on June 11 in Magistrate Court. Bond is set at $350 cash or surety.

• Benjamin James Knutson made an initial appearance on a driving while revoked charge. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on June 10.
• Alonzo Flores Puente failed to appear on a dog at large charge and the court found him guilty. The fine is $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $180.75.
• Juliet Arabella Fernandez made an initial appearance on a possession of marijuana-first offense charge and a possession of drug paraphernalia charge.
