• Christopher Lloyd Loudermilk made an initial appearance on a motion for a warrant. Dusty Clements remains as counsel. The next hearing is scheduled for 10:30 a.m. on June 25. Loudermilk is being held without bond.

• Javier Karim Garcia Garcia made an initial appearance on a operating while under the influence-first offense charge, an unlawful possession of a prescription drug charge, a driving while barred charge, a no insurance charge, a driving on the wrong side of a two-way highway charge, a speeding charge and a driving under suspension charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on May 30. Bond is set at $2,000 cash. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court.
