• Antonio Rodriguez Parra made an initial appearance on a warrant charging him with violation of a no-contact order/contempt of court charge. The contempt hearing will be scheduled by the District Associate Court. Bond is set at $1,000 cash or surety. A new no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.

• Jayde Alan Eugene Stansberry made an initial appearance on a failure to appear for an initial hearing on a no insurance-accident charge, a no valid driver’s license charge and a failure to stop within the assured, clear distance charge. Stansberry pleaded guilty to all charges. The fine on the no insurance charge is $645 with a $96.75 surcharge and $102.50 in court costs for a total of $844.25. The fine on the no valid driver’s license is $260 with a $39 surcharge and $102.50 in court costs for a total of $401.50. The fine on the failure to stop charge is $855 with a $128.25 surcharge and $107.50 in court costs for a total of $1090.75.

• Kraig Allen Keding made an initial appearance on an operating while under the influence-second offense charge, a possession of a controlled substance-second offense charge and a open container charge. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on June 18. Bond is set at $2,000 cash or surety. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court.

• Anthony Ivan Garcia made an initial appearance on a theft-fourth degree charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on June 18. Bond is set at $2,000 cash in defendant’s name only.

• Yeison Zuniga Almeida made an initial appearance on a possession of marijuana-first offense charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on June 18. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court.
