• Nicholas Lynn Wheeler made an initial appearance on a theft-fifth degree charge. Wheeler pleaded guilty and the fine is $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $180.75.

• Charleen Nicole Breckenridge made an initial appearance on two counts of a animal at large prohibited charge. A pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on May 21 in Magistrate Court.

• Chris Eugene Davenport made an initial appearance on a no valid driver’s license charge and an unlawful passing of a school bus-first offense charge. Davenport pleaded guilty to both charges. • Muranda Karshae Kapayou made an initial appearance on an operating while under the influence-second offense charge and a failure to maintain control charge. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on May 22. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court.

• Kristopher Raul Gardea made an initial appearance on a operating while under the influence-first offense charge, a possession of marijuana-second offense charge and a possession of drug paraphernalia charge.
