• Moriah Nicole Manecke made an initial appearance on a theft-fifth degree charge. A pre-trial conference is set at 9:30 a.m. on May 21 in Magistrate Court.

• Ryan Wade Purdy made an initial appearance on a domestic abuse assault-third or subsequent offense charge, an assault committed by persons with a no-contact order charge and a violation of a no-contact order/contempt of court charge. Gary Oldenburger is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing on the new charges is set for 9:30 a.m. on May 12. The contempt hearing is set for 3 p.m. on May 14. A new no-contact order has been issued for the protected party in both charges. Bond is set at $5,000 cash.

• Nicholas Lynn Wheeler made an initial appearance on a theft-fifth degree charge. Wheeler pleaded guilty and the fine is $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $180.75.

• Charleen Nicole Breckenridge made an initial appearance on two counts of a animal at large prohibited charge. A pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on May 21 in Magistrate Court.

• Chris Eugene Davenport made an initial appearance on a no valid driver’s license charge and an unlawful passing of a school bus-first offense charge. Davenport pleaded guilty to both charges. The fine on the driver’s license charge is $260 with a $39 surcharge and $55 in court costs for a total of $354. The fine on the school bus passing charge is $345 with a $51.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $456.75.

• Alan Herman Bonin made an initial appearance on a possession of drug paraphernalia charge. Bonin pleaded guilty and the fine is $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $180.75.

• Muranda Karshae Kapayou made an initial appearance on an operating while under the influence-second offense charge and a failure to maintain control charge. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on May 22. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court.

• Kristopher Raul Gardea made an initial appearance on a operating while under the influence-first offense charge, a possession of marijuana-second offense charge and a possession of drug paraphernalia charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on May 22. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court.
