• Leonardo Daniel Del Real Sanchez made an initial appearance on an operating while under the influence-first offense charge, an operating a non-registered vehicle charge, a no insurance charge and a driving under suspension charge. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on May 26. Bond is set at $5,000 cash or surety. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court.

• Shannon Marie Waltemeyer made an initial appearance on a theft-third degree charge and a theft-fourth degree charge. Leah Patton is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on May 26. Bond is set at $3,000 cash or surety.

• Tyra Lamay Joy made an initial appearance on a failure to appear for a pre-trial conference charge, a possession of drug paraphernalia charge and a failure to appear for a sentencing hearing charge. The drug paraphernalia and other pre-trial conference have been scheduled for 9:30 a.m. on June 4 in Magistrate Court. Bond s set at $300 cash or surety. The sentencing hearing is rescheduled for 1 p.m. on May 28. Joy is being held without bond on this offense.

• Damarus Lashaun Brown made an initial appearance on two counts of a failure to appear for pre-trial conference for an assault while displaying a dangerous weapon charge and a harassment-third degree charge. The pre-trial conference is set for 1 p.m. on June 13 with the jury trial set at 9 a.m. on June 26. Brown also appeared on a failure to appear for an arraignment hearing charge. The arraignment hearing is rescheduled for 9 a.m. on May 21. Bond is set at $5,000 cash.

• Cesar Armando Orellana Zetino made an initial appearance on an unlawful passing of a school bus-first offense charge. A pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on June 11 in Magistrate Court.

• Ellis Shairone Oliver Lincoln made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge. A pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on June 11 in Magistrate Court.

• Kristopher Raul Gardea made an initial appearance on an open container charge, a reckless driving charge and a failure to maintain control charge. A pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on May 21 in Magistrate Court.
