• Scott William Haugan made an initial appearance on a parole violation charge. Mark Torche is appointed as counsel. The parole revocation hearing will be scheduled by the Administrative Law Judge. Haugan is being held without bond.
• Phylicia Marie Quincy made an initial appearance on a theft-second degree charge. Leah Patton is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on May 19. Bond is set at $5,000 cash.
• Carlos Avalos Fuentes made an initial appearance on a failure to appear for a court proceeding charge. The pre-trial conference is rescheduled for 1 p.m. on June 13 with the jury trial rescheduled for 9 a.m. on June 26. Bond is set at $2,000 cash.
• Steven James Hayden made an initial appearance on a trespass-first offense charge. Dusty Clements is appointed as counsel. The pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on June 11 in Magistrate Court.
• Drake Evan Hutchens made an initial appearance on a harassment-first degree charge. Mark Olberding is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on May 28. A no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.
