• Jeremy Edward Dengler made an initial appearance on a driving while barred charge and a domestic abuse assault-first offense charge. Julie Cutler was appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on June 13. Bond is set at $4,000 cash. A no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.

• Brittanie Erin Miller made an initial appearance on a burglary-third degree charge, a theft-second degree charge and a possession of burglar tools charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on June 13. Bond is set at $12,000 cash or surety.

• Lawrence Donald Marsh made an initial appearance on a burglary-third degree charge, a theft-second degree charge and a possession of burglar tools charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on June 14. Bond is set at $11,000 cash or surety.

• Anistyn Leigh Ayers made an initial appearance on a failure to appear for a pre-trial conference in a theft-fifth degree case and a driving under suspension charge. Mark Torche is appointed as counsel. The pre-trial conference is rescheduled for 9:30 a.m. on June 4. Bond is set at $1,050 cash or surety.

Ayers also failed to appear for a pre-trial conference ahead of a jury trial on a domestic abuse assault-first offense charge. Patrick Peters is continuing as counsel. The District Associate Court will reschedule the pre-trial conference and jury trial. Bond is set at $1,000 cash in defendant’s name only.

Ayers pleaded guilty to a rabies vaccination violation charge and the fine is $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and $201 in court costs for a total of $321.75.
