• Wesley Thomas Rebik made an initial appearance on a violation of a no-contact order/contempt of court charge. Mark Torche will continue as counsel. The contempt hearing will be scheduled by the District Associate Court. Bond is set at $5,000 cash. A new no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.

• Daniel Brian Perry mad an initial appearance on a striking unattended vehicle charge. A pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on Aug. 20 in Magistrate Court.

• Reid Joseph Jensen failed to make an appearance on a driving under suspension charge and a trespass-first offense charge and the court found him guilty on both charges. The fine on the driving under suspension is $250 with a $37.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $347.50. The fine on the trespass charge is $500 with a $75 surcharge and $55 in court costs for a total of $630.

• Joshua Wyatt Evans made an initial appearance on a leaving the scene of an accident-property damage only charge and a failure to stop in the assured, clear distance charge. Evans pleaded guilty to both charges. The fine on the leaving the scene is $135 with a $20.25 surcharge and $55 in court costs for a total of $210.25. The fine on the failure to stop charge is $135 with a $20.25 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $215.25.
