• Alexis Christian Fernandez Ibarra made an initial appearance on a failure to appear for a pre-trial conference on an interference with official acts charge. Jeff Hazen is appointed as counsel. The pre-trial conference is rescheduled for 9:30 a.m. on Aug. 20 in Magistrate Court.

• Twyla Roxanne Kapayou made an initial appearance on a possession of a controlled substance-third or subsequent offense charge and a violation of probation charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing on the possession charge is set at 9:30 a.m. on Aug. 1. Bond is $5,000 cash or surety. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court.

The probation revocation hearing will be scheduled by the District Associate Court. Kapayou is being held without bond.

• Yesenia Hidalgo made an initial appearance on two counts of a child endangerment charge and a domestic abuse assault-first offense charge. Dusty Clements is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Aug. 1. Bond is set at $5,000 cash or surety. A no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.

The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Aug. 1. Bond is set at $3,000 cash or surety. A no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.

• Andrew Peter Stineman made an initial appearance on an intimidation with a dangerous weapon charge, possession of a weapon to injure or provoke fear charge and a domestic abuse assault-first offense charge. Stephen Allison is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Aug. 1. Bond is set at $10,000 cash or surety. A no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.

• Ivan Cordova made an initial appearance on a dog at large charge. A pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on Aug. 13 in Magistrate Court.

• Sadie Ellen Jordan made an initial appearance on two counts of a dog at large charge. A pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on Aug. 20 in Magistrate Court.

• Ricardo Barajas Manzo made an initial appearance on a rabies vaccination violation charge and a dog at large charge. Barajas Manzo pleaded guilty and the fine is $210 with a $31.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $301.50.

• A 14-year old male made an initial appearance on a curfew violation charge. The juvenile pleaded guilty and the fine is $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $180.75.

• Paul Dean Krough made an initial appearance on a possession of drug paraphernalia charge. Krough pleaded guilty and the fine is $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $180.75.

• Dwayne Eugene Honbarger made an initial appearance on a theft-third degree charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Aug. 13.
