• Tyler Anthony Sage made an initial appearance on a theft-fifth degree charge. Sage pleaded guilty and the fine is $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and $148.70 in court costs for a total of $269.45.
• Austin Leo Bollas made an initial appearance on a dominion or control of a firearm by a domestic abuse offender charge, a no insurance charge and an interference with official acts charge. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on July 11. Bond is set at $5,000 cash or surety.
Bollas was also seen for a driving while barred charge, a prescription drug violation-first offense charge and an interference with official acts charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on July 11. Bond is set at $2,000 cash or surety. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court.
Bollas appeared on two counts of a probation violation charge. The probation revocation hearing will be scheduled by the District Associate Court. Bollas is being held without bond.
• Kelly J. Anderson made an initial appearance on a warrant for failure to appear for a child support contempt hearing charge. The next hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on July 17. Bond is set a $2,500 cash.
Anderson also appeared on a possession of methamphetamine charge, a no insurance charge and an operating a non-registered vehicle charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on July 11. Bond is set at $1,000 cash or surety. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court.
Anderson pleaded guilty to a driving under suspension charge and the fine is $250 with a $37.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $347.50.
• Rosalio Cecilio Hernandez made an initial appearance on possession of a controlled substance charge and an assault charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on July 11. Bond is set at $1,000 cash. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court.
Hernandez also appeared on a violation of a no-contact order/contempt of court charge. Mark Torche is appointed as counsel. The trial is set for 9:30 a.m. on July 14. Bond is set at $350 cash or surety. A new no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.
• Stefani Jo Purdue made an initial appearance on a probation violation charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on July 11. Bond is set at $2,000 cash or surety.
• Anistyn Grace Borsch made an initial appearance on a operating while under the influence-first offense charge, a possession/purchase of alcohol 18, 19, 20 -first offense charge and a person under 21 using tobacco/vapor products-first offense charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on July 23. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court.
