Arrests

• On Wednesday, Aug. 20, Martin Medina Cervantes, 26, was arrested for domestic abuse assault-first offense-causing bodily injury and child endangerment-substantial risk.

• On Wednesday, Aug. 20, Keaton Zielstorf, 21, was arrested on a warrant.

• On Wednesday, Aug. 20, Sage Aragon, 28, was arrested on a warrant.

Aug. 21

• Keaton Anthony Zielstorf made an initial appearance on two counts of a probation violation charge. Chris Clausen is appointed as counsel. The probation revocation hearing will be scheduled by the District Associate Court. Zielstorf is being held without bond.

• Martin Medina Cervantes made an initial appearance on two counts of a child endangerment charge and a domestic abuse assault-first offense charge. A preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Sept. 10. A no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.

• Sage Alberto Aragon made an initial appearance on a controlled substance violation charge, a possession of a controlled substance-third or subsequent offense charge and a failure to affix a drug tax stamp charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Aug. 29. Bond is set at $25,000 cash. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court.

Aug. 20

• Luis Enrique Armenta made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge. A pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on Sept. 10 in Magistrate Court.
