• Nelsy Susana Gonzalez Mendez made an initial appearance on an unauthorized use of a credit card charge, an identity theft charge and a theft-third degree charge. Patrick Peters is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Aug. 29. Bond is set at $5,000 cash or surety.

• Austin Tanner Rankin made an initial appearance on a parole violation charge. Jeff Hazen is appointed as counsel. The parole revocation hearing will be scheduled by the Administrative Law Judge. Rankin is being held without bond.
• Tyra Lamay Joy made an initial appearance on a violation of pre-trial release charge. Pre-trial release is revoked and the bond is set at $2,000 in defendant’s name only.
• Robert Derrick Johns made an initial appearance on a violation of a no-contact order/contempt of court charge. The contempt hearing will be scheduled by the District Associate Court. Bond is set at $1,000 cash. The no-contact order has been updated for the protected party.
• Luis Adrian Ramirez made an initial appearance on two counts of a violation of pre-trial release charge. Pre-trial release is revoked and bond is set at $2,000 cash in defendant’s name only.
• Heather Rose Robb failed to appear on a dog at large charge and the court found her guilty. The fine is $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $180.75.
• Joshua Lee Bailey made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge, a fraudulent use of registration charge and a no insurance charge. A pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on Sept. 10 in Magistrate Court.
• Natrisha Banks failed to appear for a driving under suspension charge and the court found her guilty. The fine is $250 with a $37.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $347.50.
• Aiden James Anderson made an initial appearance on a public intoxication charge. Anderson pleaded guilty and the fine is $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $180.75.
