• Jesse J. Albee made an initial appearance on a possession of a controlled substance-second offense charge, a possession of drug paraphernalia charge and a person ineligible to carry weapons charge. Alexandra Nelissen is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Aug. 25. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court.

• Joseph Wade Bown made an initial appearance on a parole violation charge and a possession of drug paraphernalia charge. Julia Cutler is appointed as counsel. The parole revocation hearing will be scheduled by the Administrative Law Judge. Bown is being held without bond on this charge. A pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on Aug. 27 in Magistrate Court on the drug paraphernalia charge. Bond is set at $1,000 cash or surety.

• Stephen Andrew Weber made an initial appearance on a criminal mischief-fourth degree charge. Leah Patton is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Aug. 25.

• Adam Wesley Flathers made an initial appearance on a voluntary absence from custody charge. Brian Mercy is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Aug. 15. Bond is set at $5,000 cash.
