Aug. 13

• Mohamed Ousama Zouaki made an initial appearance on a disorderly conduct charge. The pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on Sept. 10 in Magistrate Court.

• Jovana Julia Sofian made an initial appearance on a driving while barred charge. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Sept. 3.

• David Ray Cox made an initial appearance on a possession of drug paraphernalia charge. Cox pleaded guilty and the fine is $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $180.75.

• Crystal Yepez made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge. A pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on Sept. 24 in Magistrate Court.

• Ricardo Bravo Cruz made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge. A pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on Sept. 17 in Magistrate Court.

• Sean Michael Minix made an initial appearance on a violation of probation charge, a trespass-first offense charge and a criminal mischief-fifth degree charge. The probation revocation hearing will be scheduled by the District Associate Court. Minix is being held without bond. Minix pleaded guilty to the trespass-first offense charge and the fine is $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and $90 in court costs for a total of $210.75. He also pleaded guilty to the criminal mischief-fifth degree charge and the fine is $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and $95 in court costs for a total of $215.75.
