• Jesse Hernandez made an initial appearance on a violation of probation charge. Mark Olberding is appointed as counsel. The probation revocation hearing will be scheduled by the District Associate Court. Bond is set at $2,000 cash in defendant’s name only.
• Joshua Lee Bailey failed to appear on a driving under suspension charge and the court found him guilty. The fine is $250 with a $37.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $347.50.
• David Antonio Farias Loor made an initial appearance on a probation violation charge. Brian Mercy is appointed as counsel. The probation revocation hearing will be scheduled by the District Associate Court. Bond is set at $2,000 cash or surety.
• Anthony Armenta made an initial appearance on a disorderly conduct charge. Armenta pleaded guilty and the fine is $105 with a $15.75 and $360 in court costs for a total of $480.75.
• Jessie Jordan Fikes Jr. failed to appear on a possession of drug paraphernalia charge, a registration violation charge and a failure to use safety belts charge and the court found him guilty on all charges. The fine on the possession of drug paraphernalia is $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $180.75. The fine on the registration violation is $30 with a $4.50 surcharge and $55 in court costs for a total of $89.50. The fine on the safety belt violation is $70 with a $10.50 surcharge and $55 in court costs for a total of $135.50.
• Carlos Eduardo Hernandez Galvez made an initial appearance on a operating while under the influence-third or subsequent offense charge and a driving while revoked charge. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Sept. 9. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court.
• Vincent James Martinez made an initial appearance on a driving undere suspension charge. A pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on Sept. 10 in Magistrate Court.
• Dianna Fernanda Murillo failed to appear on a speeding charge and the court found her guilty. The fine is $30 with a $4.50 surcharge and $55 in court costs for a total of $89.50.
• Gavin Charles Adam Desautels made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge. A pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on Sept. 10 in Magistrate Court.
