• Dillon Jacob Bear made an initial appearance on a dog at large charge and a rabies vaccination violation charge. Bear pleaded guilty. The fine on the dog at large is $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and $102 in court costs for a total of $222.75. The fine on the rabies charge is $210 with a $31.50 surcharge and $95 in court costs for a total of $336.50.
• Todd Joseph Schockemoehl made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge. The pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on Sept. 24 in Magistrate Court.
