• Brice Joel Alday made an initial appearance on a violation of a no-contact order/contempt of court charge. The contempt hearing is scheduled for 9:30 a.m. on Oct. 6. Bond is set at $1,000 cash or surety. An additional no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.

• Trent Leroy Easton made an initial appearance on a possession of marijuana-first offense charge. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Oct. 3. Bond is set at $1,000 cash or surety. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court.

• Dewey Elvie Perdue made an initial appearance on two counts of an attempted murder charge, two counts of a willful injury charge and a going armed with intent charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Oct. 3. Bond is set at $50,000 cash. A no-contact order has been issued for the protected parties.

• On Monday, Sept. 22, Eduar Rodriguez, 27, was arrested for public intoxication-first offense.

• On Monday, Sept. 22, Dewey Perdue, 69, was arrested for willful injury-resulting in serious injury, willful injury-resulting in bodily injury, two counts of attempted murder and going armed with intent.

• On Monday, Sept. 22, Trent Easton, 26, was arrested on a warrant charging him with possession of marijuana-first offense, child endangerment-abandonment resulting in bodily injury and assault causing bodily injury or mental illness-no intent.

• On Monday, Sept. 22, Johnathan Rodriguez, 41, was arrested on a warrant charging him with violation of parole and absense from custody.
