• Refugio Gonzalez made an initial appearance on a violation of probation charge. The probation revocation hearing will be scheduled by the District Associate Court. Bond is set at $5,000 cash.

• Jayrin Valentine Papakee made an initial appearance on an assault-intent to cause pain or injury charge. Mark Torche is appointed as counsel. The pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on Nov. 5 in Magistrate Court. A no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.

• Martin Medina Cervantes failed to appear for a no insurance charge and a possession of drug paraphernalia charge and the court found him guilty. The fine on the no insurance is $325 with a $48.75 surcharge and $55 in court costs for a total of $428.75. The fine on the drug paraphernalia is $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $180.75.

• Michael Jay Ingerson made an initial appearance on a possession of drug paraphernalia charge. Ingerson pleaded guilty and the fine is $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $180.75

• Anna Monge made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge. A pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on Nov. 19 in Magistrate Court.
