• Trevor James Cowan made an initial appearance on two counts of a harassment-first degree charge. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Nov. 5. Bond is set at $4,000 cash. A no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.
• Miguel Angel Rico made an initial appearance on a possession of marijuana-third or subsequent offense charge, a possession of drug paraphernalia charge, a providing false identification information charge and a trespass charge. Jeff Hazen is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Nov. 17. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court.
Oct. 27
• Kaiya Cherie Vokoun made an initial appearance on two counts of a dog at large charge and two counts of a rabies vaccination violation charge. Vokoun pleaded guilty and the fines are $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $180.75 on each of the four counts.
Oct. 24
• Tatum Lea Papakee made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge. Papakee pleaded guilty and the fine is $250 with a $37.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $347.50.
