The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Oct. 13. Bond is set at $1,000 cash or surety. A no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.

• Shaddare Jammal Watkins made an initial appearance on a sex offender registry violation-second or subsequent offense charge, a burglary-third degree-vehicle charge, an unauthorized use of credit card charge and a domestic abuse assault-second offense charge. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Oct. 13. Mark Olberding is appointed as counsel on the domestic abuse charge. Bond on the domestic abuse and sex offender violation is $3,000 cash, each. Bond on the burglary charge is $3,000 cash in defendant’s name only. A no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.

• Connor Nicholas Jessen made an initial appearance on a domestic abuse assault-second offense charge, a domestic abuse assault-dangerous weapon charge, a use of a weapon in a crime charge and a violation of a no-contact order/contempt of court charge. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Oct. 13. Bond is set at $10,000 cash in defendant’s name only. A no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.

• Ben John Keller made an initial appearance on a no insurance charge and a driving under suspension charge. A pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on Oct. 29 in Magistrate Court.

• Andy Juan Francisco Agripino Caudillo made an initial appearance on a possession of marijuana-first offense charge. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Oct. 23. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court.

• Cody James Butler appeared with counsel, Jennifer Weaver, on an assault causing bodily injury or mental illness charge. The preliminary hearing is waived.

• Ashlynn Marie Peters made an initial appearance on a harassment-third degree charge. A pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on Nov. 19 in Magistrate Court.

• Elizabeth Grace Morey made an initial appearance on a public intoxication charge. A pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on Oct. 15 in Magistrate Court.

• Korey Linn Cassady made an initial appearance on an operating while under the influence-second offense charge, a leaving the scene of an accident charge, a failure to stop in the assured, clear distance charge, two counts of a no insurance-accident charge and a failure to maintain control charge. Brian Mercy is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Oct. 23. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court.

• On Thursday, Oct. 2, Liza Thomas, 43, was arrested for theft-third degree-enhanced for priors.

• On Thursday, Oct. 2, Shaddare Watkins, 33, was arrested for domestic abuse assault-second offense, burglary-third degree-vehicle-first offense, credit card fraud and sex offender registry violation-second offense.

• On Thursday, Oct. 2, Connor Jessen, 23, was arrested for use of a dangerous weapon in the commission of a crime, domestic abuse assault-display or use of a weapon-first offense, domestic abuse assault-second offense and contempt of court-violation of a no-contact order.

• On Thursday, Oct. 2, Douglas Hala, 51, was arrested for assault causing bodily injury or mental illness – no intent.
