• Jasen Ralph Lucas made an initial appearance on a child endangerment charge and a contempt of court/violation of a no-contact order charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel on the child endangerment case. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Dec. 4. Mark Olberding is appointed as counsel. The contempt of court hearing will be scheduled by the District Associate Court. A new no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.
• Amanda Jean Riley made an initial appearance on a violation of probation charge, an interference with official acts charge and a contempt of court/violation of a no-contact order charge. The probation revocation hearing and the contempt of court hearing will be scheduled by the District Associate Court. Bond is set at $3,000 cash in defendant’s name only. A pre-trial conference for the interference charge is set for 9:30 a.m. on Dec. 17 in Magistrate Court. Bond is $300 cash or surety. A new no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.

The preliminary hearing on the criminal mischief charge is set for 9:30 a.m. on Dec. 3. The probation revocation hearings will be scheduled by the District Associate Court. Anthony is being held without bond.

The contempt hearing will be scheduled by the District Associate Court. Bond is set at $1,000 cash or surety. A new no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.
• Jayrin Valentine Papakee made an initial appearance on an assault with intent to cause pain charge. A pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on Dec. 17 in Magistrate Court.
• Elise Christine Hoop made an initial appearance on an unauthorized use of a credit card charge and an identity theft charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Nov. 24. Bond is set at $2,000 cash or surety.
• Salvador Alejandro Nava Martinez made an initial appearance on a possession of marijuana-first offense charge and a possession of drug paraphernalia charge. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Dec. 4. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court.
• Delaney Jane Runner made an initial appearance on a failure to stop in the assured, clear distance charge. A pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on Dec. 3 in Magistrate Court.
• Lisa Ann Buffington made an initial appearance on a rabies vaccination violation charge, Apre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on Dec. 17 in Magistrate Court.
• Marco Antonio Lemus Castro made an initial appearance on a failure to maintain control charge and a failure to obey a stop sign and yield the right of way charge. A pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on Dec. 10 in Magistrate Court.
• Julio Arroyo Herrera made an initial appearance on a theft-fifth degree charge. A pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on Dec. 17 with a jury trial set for 9:30 a.m. on Feb. 6, 2026.
