• DJ Stephen Baccam made an initial appearance on a operating while under the influence-third or subsequent offense charge, two counts of a failure to obey a stop sign and yield the right of way charge, a driving while barred charge, a driving while revoked charge and an interference with official acts-bodily injury result charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Nov. 25. Bond is set at $8,000 cash. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court.
• Seth Thomas made an initial appearance on a possession of marijuana-first offense charge, an interference with official acts charge, a minor armed with a dangerous weapon concealed on person charge and a trafficking in stolen weapons-first offense charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Dec. 8. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court.
• Daphne Michele Doland made an initial appearance on a violation of probation charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The probation revocation hearing will be scheduled by the District Associate Court. Doland is being held without bond.
