• Feliciano Galindo Perez made an initial appearance on a operating while under the influence-third or subsequent offense charge and a driving while barred charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Nov. 25. Bond is set at $5,000 cash or surety. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court.
• Ramon Avalos made an initial appearance on a violation of probation charge. The probation revocation hearing will be scheduled by the District Associate Court. Bond is set at $5,000 cash or surety.
• Timothy Lee Warnell II made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge, an operating without registration charge and a no insurance charge. Warnell pleaded guilty to all charges. The fine on the driving under suspension is $250 with a $37.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $347.50. The fine on the registration violation is $70 with a $10.50 surcharge and $55 in court costs for a total of $135.50. The fine on the no insurance charge is $325 with a $48.75 surcharge and $55 in court costs for a total of $428.75.
• Elian Velazquez Dominguez made an initial appearance on an operating while under the influence-first offense charge, a no valid driver’s license charge, a no insurance charge and a false identification information charge. The preliminary hearing on the operating while under the influence and false identification information charges is set for 9:30 a.m. on Dec. 5. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court. Velazquez Dominguez was found guilty on the other two charges. The fine on the driver’s license charge is 260 with a $39 surcharge and $55 in court costs for a total of $354. The fine on the no insurance is $325 with a $48.75 surcharge and $55 in court costs for a total of $428.75.
