• Lorrie Justis Stewart made an initial appearance on a driving while barred charge, a driving under suspension charge, a no insurance charge and a failure to give a continuous turn signal charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Dec. 11.

• DJ Stephen Baccam made an initial appearance on a violation of parole charge. Michael Arleth is appointed as counsel. The parole revocation hearing will be scheduled by the Administrative Law Judge. Baccam is being held without bond.

• Brock Michael Casady made an initial appearance on a violation of probation charge. The probation revocation hearing will be scheduled by the District Court. Casady is being held without bond.

Arrests

• On Thursday, Nov. 20, Lorrie Stewart, 58, was arrested for driving while barred-habitual offender, failure to give continuous turn signal, no insurance-no accident and driving while license is denied, canceled, revoked or suspended.

• On Thursday, Nov. 20, Andrea Thompson, 34, was arrested on a warrant charging her with two counts of contempt of court.
