• On Sunday, Nov. 23, Shelbie Garcia, 41, was arrested for forgery.
• On Sunday, Nov. 23, Anthony Armenta, 30, was arrested for operating while under the influence-first offense.
• On Saturday, Nov. 22, Cristian Martinez Cuarenta, 30, was arrested for public intoxication-first offense and carrying a weapon while intoxicated.
• On Saturday, Nov. 22, Marguarite Hernandez, 58, was arrested for public intoxication-first offense.
• On Saturday, Nov. 22, Victor Meraz, 24, was arrested on a warrant.
• On Saturday, Nov. 22, Ramon Avalos, 35, was arrested on a warrant.
• On Friday, Nov. 21, Deng Wol, 40, was arrested for public intoxication-first offense.

• Alexander Wayne Perry made an initial appearance on a possession of a controlled substance-second offense charge and a possession of drug paraphernalia charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Dec. 12. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court.

• Jasen Ralph Lucas made an initial appearance on a contempt of court/violation of a no-contact order charge. Mark Torche is appointed as counsel. The contempt hearing is set for 11:30 a.m. on Dec. 3. A new no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.
• David Loranzo Peppers made an initial appearance on a public intoxication charge. Peppers pleaded guilty and the fine is $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $180.75.
• Stacy Ann Galema made an initial appearance on two counts of a sexual exploitation by a school employee charge and a lascivious conduct with a minor charge. Christopher Aron Vaughn is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing has been waived. A no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.
• Maurilia Escamilla Martinez made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge and a failure to obey a traffic control device charge. A pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on Dec. 17 in Magistrate Court.
