• Ian Robert Turnbull made an initial appearance on a warrant for failure to appear for arraignment hearing charge. The arraignment hearing will be rescheduled by the District Associate Court.

• Jack Allen Edwards made an initial appearance on a warrant for failure to appear for arraignment hearing charge. The arraignment hearing is rescheduled for 9 a.m. on Nov. 5. Bond is set at $1,000 cash.

• Monique Atkins made an initial appearance on a public intoxication charge. Atkins pleaded guilty and the fine is $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $180.75.

• Dylan Michael Aswegan made an initial appearance on a theft-third degree charge. A preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Nov. 20.
