• Martin Medina Cervantes made an initial appearance on a failure to appear for a pre-trial conference charge. The pre-trial conference will be rescheduled by the District Associate Court.
• Darwin Quinones Gonzalez made an initial appearance on a controlled substance violation charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Nov. 14. Bond is set at $25,000 cash. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court.
Quinones Gonzalez was also seen on four counts of failure to obey a stop sign and yield the right of way charge, an eluding charge, a possession of drug paraphernalia charge and a reckless driving charge. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Nov. 14. Bond on the eluding charge is $1,000 cash.
• Alan Herman Bonin made an initial appearance on a violation of a no-contact order/contempt of court charge, an arson-first degree charge, an arson-third degree charge, a possession of methamphetamine charge and a possession of drug paraphernalia charge. Jennifer Weaver will continue as counsel concerning the contempt charge. The contempt hearing will be scheduled by the District Associate Court. Bond is set at $1,000 cash. The preliminary hearing for all other charges is set at 9:30 a.m. on Nov. 14. Bond is set at $112,000 cash. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court. A new no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.
• Caidias Wade Mauskemo made an initial appearance on a domestic abuse assault-second offense charge and an interference with official acts charge. Mark Olberding is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Nov. 14. Bond is set at $1,000 cash. A no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.
• Frederick Mandel Brown Jr. made an initial appearance on a possession of drug paraphernalia charge and a theft-fifth degree charge. Mark Torche is appointed as counsel. The pre-trial conference is set at 9:30 a.m. on Dec. 3 in Magistrate Court.
• David Patrick Garrett made an initial appearance on a contempt of court violation for disobedience to a tribunal, magistrate or officer charge. Jeff Hazen is appointed as counsel. The contempt hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Nov. 10.
• Earl Sandy Blanton made an initial appearance on a violation of probation charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The probation revocation hearing will be scheduled by the District Associate Court. Bond is set at $5,000 cash.
• Dana Monique Morrison made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge, a speeding charge and a no insurance charge. A pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on Dec. 3 in Magistrate Court.
• Alesia Marie Usgaard made an initial appearance on a failure to stop in the assured, clear distance charge. Usgaard pleaded guilty and the fine is $135 with a $20.25 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $215.25.
• Omer Haroun Abdalla Mohammed made an initial appearance on a criminal mischief-fifth degree charge. Mohammed pleaded guilty and the fine is $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $180.75 plus an escrow charge of $169.25 for a total of $350.

• On Tuesday, Nov. 4, Darwin Quinones Gonzalez, 42, was arrested for reckless driving, possession of drug paraphernalia, interference with official acts, failure to yield upon entering a stop/yield intersection, eluding, intent to manufacture or deliver methamphetamine and on a warrant.
• On Tuesday, Nov. 4, Alan Bonin, 54, was arrested for arson-third degree, possession of methamphetamine-first offense and possession of drug paraphernalia.
• On Tuesday, Nov. 4, Frederick Brown Jr., 22, was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia and theft-fifth degree-shoplifting.
• On Tuesday, Nov. 4, Caidias Mauskemo, 20, was arrested for domestic abuse assault-second offense-both simples.
