• Michael Guy Wabaunasee made an initial appearance on a controlled substance violation charge, a possession of a controlled substance-third or subsequent offense charge and a failure to affix a drug tax stamp charge. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Nov. 14. Bond is set at $25,000 cash. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court.
• Tiffany Ann Davis made an initial appearance on a possession of a controlled substance-second offense charge and a possession of drug paraphernalia charge. Jennie Wilson-Moore is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Nov. 14. Bond is set at $1,000 cash or surety. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court.
• Sammie Tremayne Watters made an initial appearance on a keeping a premises for controlled substances charge and possession of drug paraphernalia charge. Arch Wilson is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Nov. 14. Bond is set at $2,000 cash or surety.
• Emilio Antonio Hernandez made an initial appearance on a violation of probation charge. Julia Cutler will continue as counsel. The probation revocation hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Dec. 17. Bond is set at $2,000 cash or surety.
• Steven James Hayden made an initial appearance on a public intoxication charge. A pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on Dec. 3 in Magistrate Court.
• Christina Joy Fecht made an initial appearance on a possession of drug paraphernalia charge. Fecht pleaded guilty and the fine is $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $180.75.
• Jeremy Dale Brown made an initial appearance on a rabies vaccination violation charge. Brown pleaded guilty and the fine is $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $180.75.

Accidents
• On Tuesday, Nov. 4, a car driven by Salome Barrientos Macedo, 48, was westbound on Iowa Avenue West when a deer ran into the passenger side of the car damaging the front passenger side door and rear quarter panel. No injuries were reported. Damage to the Barrientos Macedo car was estimated at $3,000.
