• Jesse Hernandez made an initial appearance on a violation of probation charge. Mark Olberding is appointed as counsel. The probation revocation hearing will be scheduled by the District Associate Court. Hernandez is being held without bond.

• Connor Nicholas Jessen made an initial appearance on 31 counts of a contempt of court/violation of a no-contact order charge. The contempt hearing will be scheduled by the District Associate Court. Bond is set at $29,000 cash. A no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.

• Damon Lee Borton made an initial appearance on seven counts of a purchase/possess depiction of minor in sex act-first offense charge, three counts of sexual exploitation of a mino -cause to engage in act charge, 29 counts of a sexual exploitation of minor-promote film charge and 16 counts of a dissemination and exhibition of obscene material to minors charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Dec. 19. Bond is set at $150,000 cash.

• Steven James Hayden made an initial appearance on a trespass-first offense charge. A pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on Jan. 14, 2026, in Magistrate Court.
