• Casey Ann Ahlhelm made an initial appearance on a controlled substance violation charge, a failure to affix a drug tax stamp charge, a driving while barred charge and a possession of marijuana-first offense charge. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Dec. 19. Bond is set at $30,000 cash. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court.

• Dylan Shawn Ward made an initial appearance on a public intoxication charge. Ward pleaded guilty and the fine is $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $180.75.

• Brian Joseph Hatch made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge and a failure to use headlamps when required charge. Hatch pleaded guilty to both charges. The fine on the driving under suspension is $250 with a $37.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $347.50. The fine on the headlamp violation is $45 with a $6.75 surcharge and $55 in court costs for a total of $106.75.

• On Tuesday, Dec. 9, Casey Ahlhelm. 31, was arrested for possession of marijuana-first offense, failure to affix a drug tax stamp, conspire with intent to manufacture or deliver methamphetamine and driving while barred-habitual offender.
