• Aleta Mae Alberts made an initial appearance on a false reporting-911 call charge. A pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on Feb. 11, 2026, in Magistrate Court.

• Todd Alan Geer made an initial appearance through counsel, Chad Frese, on an operating while under the influence-first offense charge. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Jan. 5, 2026. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court.

• On Wednesday, Dec. 24, Kevin Thomas, 39, was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana-first offense and on a warrant.

• On Wednesday, Dec. 24, Troy Williams, 45, was arrested for driving while barred-habitual offender.

• On Wednesday, Dec. 24, Arion Seiser, 19, was arrested for rabies vaccination violation.

• On Wednesday, Dec. 24, Larry Milton, 69, was arrested for three counts of theft-third degree-enhanced.

• On Wednesday Dec. 24, Jesse Ceniceros, 40, was arrested for assault with a dangerous weapon, assault causing bodily injury or mental illness, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance-second offense and on a warrant.

• On Wednesday, Dec. 24, Arian Milton, 67, was arrested for theft-third degree-enhanced.

• On Tuesday, Dec. 23, Robert Bosinski, 33, was arrested for possession of cannabidiol, third or subsequent offense.

• On Tuesday, Dec. 23, Juana Lopez Alvarez, 28, was arrested for theft-fifth degree.

• On Tuesday, Dec. 23, Quentin Cain, 18, was arrested on a warrant.

• On Tuesday, Dec. 23, Francisco Venegas, 32, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance-first offense and possession of contraband in a correctional facility-no weapon.
