• George Williams made an initial appearance on a violation of parole charge and a sex offender registry violation-second or subsequent offense charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel on the sex offender registry violation. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Dec. 12. Bond is set at $5,000 cash. Jeff Hazen is appointed as counsel on the parole charge. The parole revocation hearing will be scheduled by the Administrative Law Judge. Williams is being held without bond.
• Jeffrey Lynn Ross made an initial appearance on a parole violation charge. Jennifer Weaver is appointed as counsel. The parole revocation hearing will be scheduled by the Administrative Law Judge. Ross is being held without bond.
• Martin Espinosa Gonzalez made an initial appearance on a domestic abuse assault-impeding the flow of air or blood resulting in injury charge. Mark Olberding is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Dec. 12. Bond is set at $5,000 cash. A no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.
• Andre Eugene Dow made an initial appearance on a contempt of court/violation of a no-contact order charge, a driving under suspension charge, a no insurance charge, a failure to display a registration plate charge and a operating a non-registered vehicle charge. Mark Olberding is appointed as counsel for the contempt charge. The contempt hearing will be scheduled by the District Associate Court. A new no-contact order has been issued for the protected party. The driving charges pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on Jan. 28, 2026, in Magistrate Court.
