Accidents

• On Friday, Dec. 12, an SUV driven by Taylor Noel Behrends, 22, of Colo, was eastbound on Marble Road when it struck a deer that jumped onto the roadway from the north ditch. No injuries were reported. Damage to the Behrends SUV was estimated at $5,000.

• On Wednesday, Dec. 10, an SUV driven by Lain Ray Slife Jr., 38, of Albion, was westbound on Stanley Mill Road when it struck a deer that entered the roadway from the south ditch. No injuries were reported. Damage to the Slife SUV was estimated at $5,000.

• On Wednesday, Dec. 10, a car driven by Joshua Jean Perry, 19, of Marshalltown, was eastbound on the Garwin Road when it struck a deer that darted in front of the vehicle. No injuries were reported. Damage to the Perry car was estimated at $10,000.
