• Sarah Anne Young Bear Brown made an initial appearance on an interference with official acts charge, a failure to yield to emergency vehicle charge, a speeding charge, a no valid driver’s license charge, an open container charge, three counts of an assault on persons in certain occupations charge, an operating while under the influence-first offense charge and a possession of marijuana-first offense charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Feb. 3. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court.
• Darius Jedediah Kapayou Carr made an initial appearance on an assault-insulting or offensive contact charge. Kapayou Carr pleaded guilty and the fine is $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and $107.50 in court costs for a total of $228.25.
• Kay Reh made an initial appearance on an interference with official acts charge and a criminal mischief-fifth degree charge. A pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on Feb. 11 in Magistrate Court.

• Dylan Robert Bolar made an initial appearance on an assault causing bodily injury or mental illness charge. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Jan. 23. Bond is set at $4,000 cash. A no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.

• On Monday, Jan. 12, Darius Kapayou-Carr, 45, was arrested on a warrant charging him with assault contact insulting or offensive.
