Arrests
• On Sunday, Jan. 18, Marquis Haynes, 26, was arrested for criminal mischief-fourth degree and attempted burglary-second degree-no weapon.
• On Sunday, Jan. 18, Jayrin Papakee, 21, was arrested for dominion/control of firearm/offensive weapon by a felon, interference with official acts, display a weapon, assault with a dangerous weapon-threatening manner and on a warrant.
• On Saturday, Jan. 17, Ivan Garcia Alonzo, 40, was arrested for no insurance-no accident, driving while revoked or denied and operating while under the influence-first offense.
• On Friday, Jan. 16, Angel Fernandez Ibarra, 23, was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia and interference with official acts.
• On Friday, Jan. 16, Annie Klaas, 44, was arrested for rabies vaccination violation and dog at large.
• On Friday, Jan. 16, Vinson Grace, 40, was arrested for possession of marijuana-third or subsequent offense and on a warrant.

• On Sunday, Jan. 18, Henry Keen, 63, was arrested for driving while license is denied, canceled, revoked or suspended, no insurance-accident and operating while under the influence-first offense.
Accidents
• On Wednesday, Jan. 14, a pickup driven by Jaime Scott Williams, 48, of Marshalltown, was northbound on Reed Avenue when the deer struck the driver’s side door as it entered the roadway. No injuries were reported. Damage to the Williams pickup was estimated at $5,500.
