• Whitney Leigh Underhill made an initial appearance on a harassment-first degree charge and a violation of probation charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing on the harassment charge is set at 9:30 a.m. on Jan. 12. Bond is set at $2,000 cash. The probation revocation hearing will be scheduled by the District Associate Court. Bond is set at $10,000 cash.

• Troy Anthony Williams made an initial appearance on a driving while barred charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Jan. 22.

• Jonathan A. Faber made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge. Faber pleaded guilty and the fine is $250 with a $37.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $347.50.

• Samuel Castro Ramirez made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge. A pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on Feb. 4 in Magistrate Court.

• Kyler Aaron Lewis Welsh made an initial appearance on a dog at large charge. Lewis Welsh pleaded guilty and the fine is $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $180.75.
