• Eh Kri made an initial appearance on a operating while under the influence-second offense charge and a no insurance-accident charge. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Jan. 16. Bond is set at $2,000 cash or surety. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court.

• Kelly Dean Mick made an initial appearance on a stopped on the traveled part of a paved highway charge. A pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on Jan. 28 in Magistrate Court.

• Hector Enrique Laporte made an initial appearance on a dark windows or windshield charge. A pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on Feb. 18 in Magistrate Court.
