• Roger Evans Walker made an initial appearance on three counts of a violation of probation charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The probation revocation hearing will be scheduled by the District Associate Court. Walker is being held without bond.

• Tyra Lamay Joy made an initial appearance on a violation of probation charge. The probation revocation hearing will be scheduled by the District Associate Court.

• Phylicia Marie Quincy made an initial appearance on a forgery charge and a theft-third degree charge. The preliminary hearing is scheduled for 9:30 a.m. on Feb. 4.

• Julio Cesar Razo Aguilar made an initial appearance on an interference with official acts-bodily injury charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Feb. 4.

• Thadius Dre Garcia made an initial appearance on a driving while revoked charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Feb. 4.

• Gabriel Joseph Verbeski made an initial appearance on a driving while barred charge. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Feb. 4.

• Glendel Clark made an initial appearance on a possession of marijuana-third or subsequent offense charge and a person ineligible to carry weapons charge. Parker Judd Johnson appeared as counsel. The preliminary hearing is waived.

• Edmund Charles Long made an initial appearance on a harassment-third degree charge. Jennifer Weaver is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Feb. 4. A no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.

• Abigail Avila was charged with no valid driver’s license. Avila pleaded guilty and due to signing an appearance bond the court ordered a fine of $260 with a $39 surcharge and $55 court costs for a total of $354 with the remainder returned to Avila.

• Jodi Marie Garcia made an initial appearance on a rabies vaccination violation. Garcia pleaded guilty and the fine is $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $180.75.
