• Myron Vasion Porter made an initial appearance on a failure to appear for a pre-trial conference ahead of the jury trial charge. The pre-trial conference and jury trial will be rescheduled by the District Associate Court. Porter is being held without bond.

• Matthew Alan Christensen made an initial appearance on an operating while under the influence-third or subsequent offense charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Feb. 5. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court.
